The function of Bin Hamoodah Company LLC as the Holding of The Bin Hamoodah Group was revised in 2008.
In view of preparing the second generation to take more responsibilities in the companies of the Group and ensure the continuity of the business activities in the future, the Owners decided to transfer the ownership from individuals to newly set up Family Holding Companies, That are: Ghanem Ali Bin Hamoodah & Sons LLC, Hamoodah Sons Holding LLC, and Faraj Bin Hamoodah Holding LLC.
As a result of the new legal and organizational structures, the institutional aspect of the Group will be reinforced. Bin Hamoodah Company will retain its advisory and consultancy functions to assist the Owners in the ongoing restructure, business development and financial support of the Group, and will be having its own vision, mission and objectives.
